Terms of Service and Privacy

Last updated October 7, 2026

These terms apply when you book or pay for a service from CBG Health, the healthcare division of CBG Marketing LLC ("CBG Health," "we," "us"). By booking or paying, you agree to them.

Clarity Audit

What you get

  • A review of your website, social profiles, Google Business Profile, and provider listings such as Psychology Today, Alma, and Headway.
  • A look at how 3 to 5 similar providers present themselves, and what is worth adopting.
  • A 45-minute strategy session by video.
  • A written action plan sorted into Fix Now, Build Next, and Explore Later, delivered within 3 business days after your session.

The Clarity Audit is advice and a plan. It does not include writing new copy or updating your profiles.

Fee

The fee is $497, paid in full when you book.

Credit toward The Presence Protocol

If you sign up for The Presence Protocol within 60 days after your Clarity Audit session, the full $497 is credited toward the Protocol fee.

Rescheduling and refunds

  • You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before your session and we have not started our review, you receive a full refund.
  • A session missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, is treated as held, and your written plan will be based on our review alone.
  • Once the session is held, the fee is non-refundable.

Practice Reset and The Presence Protocol

These engagements run under a written agreement that we both sign before any work or payment begins. The signed agreement sets out the scope, timeline, fee, payment schedule, and revision terms. If anything in the agreement differs from this page, the agreement controls.

Terms for all services

No patient information

CBG Health works only on marketing and positioning. We do not need, request, or accept protected health information (PHI) or any information that identifies a patient, and we do not access your health records, intake or scheduling systems, or patient messages. Please do not share PHI with us. If it is shared by mistake, we will delete it promptly and let you know.

Your part

  • Give us accurate information about your credentials, licenses, services, and practice.
  • Review and approve all content before it is published. You are responsible for confirming that it is clinically accurate and follows the advertising, testimonial, and conduct rules of your licensing board and professional association.
  • Keep ownership of your accounts. Where a platform offers manager access, add us that way. Please never send passwords by email or text.

Results

We do careful, professional work, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as inquiries, new patients, revenue, search rankings, reviews, or platform approval. Platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Psychology Today, Headway, Alma, and Zocdoc set their own rules, and we are not responsible for their decisions.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the final materials we create for you. We keep ownership of our own templates, frameworks, and methods, and you may use any that are built into your materials. We will only feature your practice in our marketing with your written permission.

Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to provide our services.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices are due on receipt unless your agreement says otherwise. If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause work until it is received. Fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except as these terms or your signed agreement state.

Limits of liability

Our total liability for any service will not exceed the fees you paid for it. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Westchester County, New York.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you book or pay is the one that applies to that purchase.

Privacy and analytics

This website is for healthcare providers, not patients, and it does not collect health information.

What we collect

  • Links to the Fit Assessment can carry a short tag that tells us where you found us, such as Instagram or an email. It contains no personal information.

Services we use

The Fit Assessment runs on Tally, booking runs on Cal.com, and payments are processed by Stripe. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details.
